We believe in the above quotation as a principle. We would not give any accommodation facilities to the guests where we would not like to stay if we were travelling. We visit the properties in a half yearly inspection and then contract the rates.
Our turnaround time to revert to queries is very quick. We strive to revert to every query within 45 minutes to 60 minutes. For Groups we would revert within a day or two.
